Streaming audio from a server, through Discord is a tricky process. Especially if you are further from the server location.
Unfortunately, sometimes this is unavoidable. Similar to cell phone reception, we can't guarantee every hosting provider is going to have perfect network latency. This is a common problem, but its much more noticeable with real-time connections such as streaming audio or video. Steps you can take if you encounter this:
Try switching Voice channels or setting the voice channel to a different region.
Whoever joins the voice chat first will set the voice region. You can see the stats of your call by clicking on the "Voice Connected" text.
Currently, the Soncraft audio servers live in the west coast of the US. Most of the time this shouldn't be noticeable. But this could be the issue if it happens in your server, but not in the Soncraft Discord server.
You can right click > "DIsconnect" on the bot, then select a sub-genre to invite it back. This might be enough to fix the issue.
